Solution Design

With so many choices, and so much confusing jargon, how do you know what’s right for you?  Our design process is intended to answer this very question.

The very first thing we do is sit down with you to understand your business needs, and then we tailor a solution to meet your goals and your budget.

We seek to foster long-term relationships with each of our clients, so we do things a little differently.  Rather than trying to sell you everything we can think of, we map out a 12-month plan that includes:

  1. Solutions to immediate problems
  2. Interim steps to help get you to your ultimate goal
  3. Support options to ensure long-term system uptime and availability

At the end of our design process, you will have a concrete action plan that includes milestones and budget requirements.  We have the capacity to support everything from simple hardware upgrades all the way to clean-sheet new facility designs.

Installation

With a plan in-hand, it’s time to make it happen.  Our in-house team has a wide breadth of knowledge that allows us to execute small-scale projects at a cost that is pretty hard to beat.  For larger-scale projects, we have a cadre of trusted and skilled partners who we can leverage to bring your project to completion, on-time and on budget.

We work with you to schedule the work at a time that is least intrusive of your regular business operations.  In most situations, after-hours or weekend installation appointments can be setup without additional costs*.

All along the way, you will receive regular project updates, from inception to completion, so you are always aware of what’s done and what’s next.

Support & Maintenance

IT systems are just like any other tool you use to run your business.  Regular maintenance can prevent equipment breakdowns, data loss, and show-stopping system outages.

We provide a flat-rate Managed Services contract option that helps ensure your systems are ready when you need them.  Our remote monitoring solution keeps track of software patches, antivirus updates, data backups, network connectivity and much more.

In the unlikely event of an adverse event, you pay no additional service fees*.  We will resolve the problem as an included part of your maintenance package.  If we are unable to resolve the issue remotely, we will send a technician to your site by the next business day.

Our maintenance plans are designed to help you manage your budget and hold us accountable for keeping things up and running.  After all, peace of mind should come with any “solution” you purchase.
